    Business to Business Inside Sales
Responsible for sales of Comcast Commercial High Speed Internet, Commercial Video, and Business Class Digital Voice services to small and mid-size businesses. Consult with clients on Internet, Web Hosting, and E-mail requirements. Educate prospects about Comcast products and services as solutions for their business networking needs. Update and maintain prospect database on a daily basis Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Work with all field operation personnel to ensure customer satisfaction Other duties as assigned. Required Skills: Education: BA or BS degree in Business or Marketing and Sales preferred. Experience: 1-3 years business to business sales experience plus specialized training in sales, marketing or the equivalent in work experience and self-study. Previous Call Center experience in high volume inbound center preferred. Technical aptitude or strong knowledge of computers and the Internet (browsing, email, etc.) Excellent communication skills as well as strong persuasive abilities and negotiating skills. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word. Must be a team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly.
