CORPORATE TAX DIRECTOR

Our client, an internationally recognized electronics R&D / manufacturer headquartered North of Boston has an immediate requirement for a Corporate Tax Director. Client has grown through a series of strategic acquisitions and serves customers in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and medical device market sectors.

This position will provide global leadership for strategic tax planning and reporting for all corporate tax matters including:

• Tax Planning and Research.
• Federal, State and international tax compliance
• Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
• SEC and Accounting compliance
• Mergers and Acquisitions Analysis
• Transfer Pricing
• Sales and Tax Reporting
• Process improvement and special tax projects

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate would be a CPA with Big 4 experience and/or Masters in Taxation with strong international exposure, communication and leadership skills with a total of 10-15+ years of experience. The ability to understand global business issues and articulate complex tax structures to senior management is required. The Tax Director must also cost effectively direct and manage external advisors and will be viewed as a business advisor within the organization.

This highly visible position will be a key member of the financial executive team and have daily interaction with the senior management of the company. Excellent company paid benefits package included.
