Coca-Cola Enterprises, established in 1986, is a company with roots extending back to 1899, when the first Coca-Cola bottling operation began. In fact, when the first bottling franchise began operations in 1901, it operated under the ownership of Benjamin F. Thomas and James F. Johnston, grandfather of our former Chairman of the Board, Summerfield K. Johnston, Jr.

Production Manager III - (Job Number: HV-0130-20090904) Description Responsible for the management of the production department to ensure the efficient production of highest quality product at the lowest cost in meeting customer demands.
Ensure all facility equipment is maintained up to company standards Ensure plant is in compliance with all federal and state regulations along with company policy/procedure Monitor QI daily and provide recommendations to solve quality issues Develop and continuously analyze budget versus planned forecast and report monthly or as needed Conduct scheduled meetings (department, safety) Develop workforce through supervision, coaching, and training Ensure all plans and strategies are effectively communicated throughout the department Review, alter, and approve all departmental scheduling issues Manage customer service and personnel issues Review and approve promotional request form Assist in the selection of prospective new hire employees Qualifications High School - GED or Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. 1+ years general sales experience required. 2+ years sales and customer service specific experience preferred. Ability to periodically lift, push, pull 50+ pounds, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.
