Recruiter: CardPayment Solutions

Are you looking to earn some extra money? CardPayment Solutions is actively seeking telephone Recruiters for our Santa Barbara offices. As a merchant services provider, CardPayment Solutions receives hundreds of resumes from interested applicants every week. Your job will be to contact these eager job-seekers to offer them an excellent opportunity in outside sales. This position offers the opportunity to speak with a diverse group of individuals from around the country and will help to develop your interpersonal skills.

Your duties will include:

- Reviewing applicant resumes.
- Making phone contact with and presenting the
job opportunity to our applicants.
- Light email and inbound phone handling.

Computer skills and good work ethic are required…along with energy, enthusiasm and professionalism.

We currently have full and part time positions available.

This position is entry level and offers a base hourly wage plus a generous bonus plan where you can earn up to $20+ per hour. For full time employees we provide full benefits which include health, dental, vision, FSA, 3% 401K contribution and gym membership.
