Summary: Responsibilities include the collection, analysis and presentation of sales and marketing data for CROSSMARK division offices. The focus is on supporting sales efforts by providing actionable tactical selling solutions as well as strategic planning information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop fact-based sales presentations using:
2. Account-specific financial/movement information
3. Syndicated/Geo-demographic/Consumer Panel data
4. Internal shipment and/or Sales Trak information
5. Manufacturer studies
6. Industry studies
7. Support the development of category management strategic business plans
8. Interface with manufacturers to determine and develop optimum usage of marketing analysis
9. Work with BDMs/AEs on how to effectively provide tactical selling solutions through analysis
10. Assist BDMs/AEs in developing and presenting new business proposals
11. Collecting data from and maintaining syndicated/geo-demographic/consumer databases
12. Collecting data from and maintaining manufacturer-specific information systems
13. Ad hoc projects and backup support as assigned by sales management
14. Works closely with other Division personnel and manufacturer representatives.
15. Communicates and presents to retailer category managers and other personnel
16. Communicates with syndicated/geo-demographic/consumer data providers for support

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amount such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.) in it most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
Computer literate; Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Spreadsheets, E-mail.
