AIM Healthcare is currently seeking an On-site Account Analyst (RAM). Seventy-five percent of the daily duties & tasks include performing on-site credit balance reviews in the hospital sector. Candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and recovering overpayments made to providers. In addition, the ideal candidate for this position will be an enthusiastic, success-driven business professional with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain business relationships with hospital facilities.
For this role, AIM provides a, five-week, company paid, classroom and field based training program to ensure your thorough understanding of the position, as well as the company.

Qualifications

- College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written/presentation).
- Required knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access).
- Must be comfortable working both independently and with co-workers in a team-focused setting.
- Position may require regional travel.
