We are a Virginia based marketing firm looking for entry-level candidates that we can develop into managers.

Our goal is to expand to 6 new locations by the end of 2009. There are many opportunities for growth in our company. As promotion is a key element needed to motivate any individual, we recognize one’s growth potential immediately and work hard to move them into a management role and/or other upper level positions. The Preston team has developed its business plan and marketing strategies for the beginning of 2009, and we are currently looking for growth-motivated individuals to make our plan a success. We are looking for people to get involved with the following: Promotional Sales (Event Marketing, direct, etc.) Entry Level Marketing (event planning, sales strategies, etc) Cross Train on all divisions (Events, Cosmetics/Fashion, Promotions)
Once the training is complete, these select leaders will manage our new clients, staff, and offices.
Whether you possess excellent communication skills or not, we are looking for individuals yearning to improve those skills
