As our Recruiter based in Greenwood, IN, your primary goal will be to assess our current and future manpower needs and to fill open positions in a timely manner using both traditional and creative sourcing methods to find active and passive candidates. Your sound judgment will assist you in screening and interviewing applicants and selecting candidates for hire. You will be working closely with various levels of management in all functional areas and your ability to understand their unique needs and to locate individuals with matching skills, backgrounds, and personalities will help you fill our jobs and retain employees.
Responsibilities include recruiting, evaluating, hiring and retaining qualified candidates to meet our client’s expectation. This is accomplished by sourcing candidates through existing databases, internet, advertising, networking and direct recruiting.
· 1 year recruiting experience
· Previous employment at a staffing agency a plus
· Associate degree or combination of education/ work related experience
· Must be a team player
· Initiative to work independently
· Relationship management with clients and employees
