Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years solid experience with knowledge in all aspects of FHA, VA and Conventional Loan underwriting (D.E. highly desirable)
  • Thorough understanding regarding evaluating appraisals, title reports, flood certifications, hazard insurance, income documentation and credit reports
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel and various automated programs
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Focus on Customer Service and Positive Attitude is A MUST
