Primary Responsibilities:
  • Gather, document and manage business requirements from both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain functional specification documents (i.e., use cases, user stories, wireframes)
  • Assists QA teams by preparing test plans and reviewing test cases.
  • Participate in testing and validation activities
  • Create and review product documentation
  • Consult with internal stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Create internal processes that improve work flow efficiency

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Requirements:
  • 3+ yrs experience as a business analyst working in a software development environment for decision support applications, with proficiency in the creation and management of business
  • 1+ yrs experience using Agile software development methodologies, including experience creating and managing SCRUM artifacts (User Stories, Product Backlog, lead Scrum meetings)
  • 1+ yrs knowledge of database concepts, structures and data relationships
  • 2+ yrs experience with handling customer support and/or defect and issue management resolution
Assets:
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio
  • 1+ yrs Healthcare experience
