Primary Responsibilities:
- Gather, document and manage business requirements from both customers and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain functional specification documents (i.e., use cases, user stories, wireframes)
- Assists QA teams by preparing test plans and reviewing test cases.
- Participate in testing and validation activities
- Create and review product documentation
- Consult with internal stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
- Create internal processes that improve work flow efficiency
Qualifications Qualifications:
Requirements:
- 3+ yrs experience as a business analyst working in a software development environment for decision support applications, with proficiency in the creation and management of business
- 1+ yrs experience using Agile software development methodologies, including experience creating and managing SCRUM artifacts (User Stories, Product Backlog, lead Scrum meetings)
- 1+ yrs knowledge of database concepts, structures and data relationships
- 2+ yrs experience with handling customer support and/or defect and issue management resolution
Assets:
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio
- 1+ yrs Healthcare experience
