How the program works:

As the selected Sales Manager Trainee you will go through an intensive sales market training development program to prepare you for a sales market assignment at an SCI-Hispana location in Florida, Southern California, or Texas. You will be considered a full-time employee and will receive full corporate benefits which include:

The Sales Manager Trainee development program will consist of a minimum commitment of 6 months, prior to being considered for any management role. The selected candidate will train rotating around various sales teams in the assigned region during the training period and will have an emphasis in:

· The Management of people including motivating teams to become highly productive.

· Training will also be provided in the overall operation of our organization from the bottom up.

· The Trainee will learn to manage leads and will become the primary reference regarding customer service and satisfaction, prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, closing skills, prices, terms, paperwork, and sales guideline interpretation.

· The Trainee will receive in classroom training as well as field and on-line training.

Who We Seek:

We are seeking motivated individuals with excellent communicating skills, incredible relationship building abilities, and a natural talent to lead.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure that location sales quotas are achieved.

· Recruit sales counselors.

· Provide counselors with proper training regarding sales techniques, legal requirements, and company products, policies and procedures.

· Review and evaluate sales staff performance.

· Handle personnel issues and problems concerning sales staff.

· Conduct and assist in weekly sales meetings.

· Help prepare yearly sales quota.

· Ensure all contracts/paperwork are completed and returned accurately and in a timely manner.

· Work in the field with the sales team as needed.

· Travel locally to other locations will be required.

Program Qualifications:

· Bachelors’ degree in Business Marketing or related field.

· Minimum of 2-4 years work experience.

· Willing to relocate after the training period.

· Proficiency with MS applications.

· Bilingual in English and Spanish, candidate should be Spanish dominant.

· Must have clear communication skills.

· Able to work in a team environment.

· Creative thinker and detail oriented.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Able to travel locally as needed.
