We are a dynamic telecommunications company looking for motivated candidates to build our new Sales Call Center. Responsibilities:

-Answer high volume of inbound customer calls.
-Listen to customer questions and concerns and provide the best solution.
-Sell a new product, accessory or service – based on the needs of customers.

Requirements:

•MINIMUM ONE YEAR OF INBOUND TELESALES EXPERIENCE

•A positive attitude, self-confidence, and a strong motivation to succeed are important
•Flexibility to work various shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
•Effective organization and time-management skills
•Strong telesales closing skills
•Basic PC skills (Outlook, Windows, and Excel) are necessary to perform daily work functions
•Strong communication skills
