Our fast-paced start-up company is expanding and looking to hire a highly energetic,

success-driven, creative, Office Manager / Executive Assistant. You will be responsible for seeing all projects and tasks through to completion. You will act as the "hub" of the office, and will help to create an office environment consistent with Canesta company culture. Successful candidate must be highly professional, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, productive and able to promote collaboration.

Administrative/Office Management

  • Provide general office support to a 50+ employee company
  • Order and keep maintenance of office supplies, and kitchen needs
  • Order lunch/dinner for meetings or other events.
  • Organize special events (holiday party, picnics, employee recognition) and meetings
  • Assist with coordination of office relocation/expansion
  • Maintain office furniture needs (i.e. cubicles, conference rooms, etc,)
  • Light receptionist responsibilities, mail distribution, filing and related duties

Executive Assistant

  • Provide administrative support to the President/CEO
  • Oversee logistics for customer visits and board meetings
  • Process Expense Reimbursements
  • Coordinate Travel plans

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelors degree required (preferably in Business Administration or related field)
  • 3 years experience as an Office Manager Required
  • 2-4 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Admin
  • MS Office Expert (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and basic analytical skills
