Compensation: $25.92/hour

Job description:

We currently seeking an Associate Business Analyst to collaborate with the Marketing team channel owners in Budget and Finance tracking, reporting and reconciliation on monthly, quarterly and annual levels. This person is accountable for creating and maintaining all Finance & Budgeting documentation as well as acting as a liaison between the company's HotJobs Marketing team and the Company Corporate Finance department. In this role, this person will oversee the areas of budget tracking, reporting and reconciliation. Additional responsibilities will include Webinar management, database list pulls, analytics/forecasting and ad hoc research.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

  • BA/BS
  • 2-3 year’s experience in business-to-business and business-to-consumer disciplines
  • Strong financial experience in leading departmental efforts in monthly and annual budgeting processes, quarterly financial reviews, and leading budget shift or re-allocation efforts as required
  • Experience in models for forecasting and planning, and delivering key insights
  • Strong knowledgeable background in data mining & analysis
  • Proven history of obtaining results in difficult, real-time, dynamic environments
  • Market Research experience
  • Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Process and quality orientation with attention to detail
  • Expertise and experience in both B2C and B2B marketing
  • Travel requirement (less than 5%).
