The Store Manager will oversee the entire Stationstore operations including:

· checkout

· merchandise layout

· product inventory

· bookkeeping

· maintenance

· Control cash and merchandise shrinkage

· Recruit, hire, train, and supervise Stationstore Associates.

· Responsible for enforcing Company policies, procedures, and programs.

· Manager builds sales and ensures quality customer service by establishing positive, upbeat atmosphere in the stores.

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

· Manager Trainee or Assistant Manager

· Previous Retail Management

· Detail-oriented

· Customer service-oriented

· Work with deadlines

· Communicate effectively with customers,
management, associates, and vendors

· Lift, carry, push, pull up to 60lbs

· Occasionally bend, kneel, squat and
reaching over shoulder

· Work in cooler and freezer

· Requires use of extension ladder

EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:

o High School or equivalent

o College preferred
