Albin Engineering Services, Inc. (www.aesi.com) is looking for a Lead Test Engineer with knowledge and experience in Microwaves and RF. This person will be responsible for being a Lead for the team, and a hands-on contributor in the development of automated test scripts, procedures, telemetry displays, limit files, and other documentation to conduct Space Vehicle (SV) and Flight Software testing. You will support the execution of test scripts required for specific tests. You and the team shall document test anomalies, and support the System Engineering Group in the verification of requirements. There will be troubleshooting involved to analyze test anomalies. Some test scripts/command sequences will need to be converted for use with new Flight Software releases. It will be important to understand and perform the policies, procedures, process disciplines, for operations to ensure equipment and personnel safety. You will also be writing discrepancy reports on any issues that arise. As fixes to software, components, and subsystems occur, regression testing shall be performed.

Job Requirements:
- Electrical or Aerospace Engineering Degree, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of and experience with test and integration of Spacecraft Flight Software.
- Experience with trouble-shooting software problems, especially command and telemetry anomalies.
- Experience in Satellite Test including Baseline Ambient, Full Functional, Thermal Vacuum, Acoustic, EMC/EMI, Final Functional, and Launch Base Operations is a plus
- Experience in Satellite Test including the test development process, test execution, data analysis, anomaly resolution, satellite software test systems, and electrical ground test equipment.
- Willing to work overtime, and work different shifts and weekends in a 24/7 operations environment.

MUST have a DoD Secret Clearance or be able to obtain clearance
