Malaga Bank, the largest community bank in the South Bay, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative/Teller for its Palos Verdes Estates branch.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Cashes checks; processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments
  • Cross-sells the Bank's products and services

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • 6 months of cash handling experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous sales and referral experience

High school diploma or GED required. Candidates must possess the ability, and commitment, to offer the very best customer service experience to the Bank's customers.
