Job description:

We are looking for someone who will understand and utilize the P&L Model when reviewing business cases and assess viability of price offering. Responsible for the oversight, review and implementation of contracting and pricing strategies within a respective market. Coordinate the necessary legal, financial and marketing resources to analyze a pending customer bid and make calculated decisions that support the commercial organization. Act as a consultant and resident expert regarding customer contract language in assisting field to determine appropriate legal terms and conditions for an agreement. Develops and oversees execution of C&P sales support activities relating to assigned market segments. Provides direction & input to internal operational groups relating to contractors and responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system. Develops and oversees execution of sales support activities relating to assigned services or market segment. Lead request for proposal and bid triage process. Evaluate APOC product viability and financial rewards against legal risk.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree; 2+ years experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Contract Administration. Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting IVDs and Biologics.
