OMD is looking for a Client Budget Project Management Specialist.

Position Responsibilities: This position handles the financial reporting and invoicing of various clients.

· Perform a wide variety of client projects, such as budget reports, forecasting reports and client invoicing.

· Run reports from the Donovan Data System and BrandFx Systems, as well as, create custom reports in these systems or in Excel, including variance analysis reports, as directed.

· Respond to client billing inquiries and the experience to resolve most billing discrepancies.

· Responsible for making sound business judgments in dealing with client inquiries, escalating select issues to the Budget Project Manager, as appropriate.

Position Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have finance or accounting experience, a strong customer service orientation, with the ability to handle multiple projects and clients.

· Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.

· 2+ years financial management and budget management experience, preferably within the media industry.

· Must have prior client management experience.

· Must be a team player, be bright, a quick learner, and especially skilled with numbers and financial information.

· Strong proficiency utilizing Donovan Data System, Brand FX System and possess superior Excel skills.

· Experience in a fast paced, client service environment; a high sense of urgency, a positive attitude.

· Knowledge of all media types; network (television and radio), local, print, out-of-home, direct and digital.

· Must have the ability to handle multiple clients, projects, and deadlines and a high volume of financial transactions; possession of strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to understand and establish appropriate priorities.
