Patelco Credit Union is seeking individuals with positive attitudes who enjoy working with the public and have the demonstrated desire and ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced work environment. We are currently looking for a Full Time Member Service Representative (Teller) in our Oakland Branch.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Providing quality customer service to credit union members
  • Conducting daily routine transactions such as deposits and withdrawals on accounts
  • Open new accounts for new and existing members
  • Offering the many products and services provided by the credit union
  • Cash handling and balancing, ATM balancing and vault teller functions

Candidates should:

  • Have strong customer service skills (banking or retail experience a plus)
  • Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Have excellent computer skills MS Windows and MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Be detail oriented, well organized, and able to multi-task
  • Be a team-player, motivated, and flexible with working hours
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to thrive in a challenging fast paced work environment
  • Must have High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be available to work Saturdays
