2nd SHIFT MANAGER – Litigation Support
Leading-edge Washington DC Litigation Support provider seeking qualified candidates for the role of 2nd Shift Manager for our Reprographics & Imaging Department. The Shift Manager ensures that all projects are completed according to company quality standards. Shift Manager must assure that client job specifications are followed and must effectively manage assigned personnel, equipment operation, and workflow. Shift Manager is responsible for training and developing members of their shift.
Performance Description
- Oversees shift transition.
- Provide direction & support to project teams.
- Organize workflow and set priorities.
- Manage assigned projects from start to finish.
- Ensure all job boards are being kept up-to-date and accurate at all times with Program
- Director and Operations Manager.
- Monitor all production assessing quality, completeness & accuracy.
- Responsible for increasing productivity by making supplies and work area easily
- accessible and by maintaining a clean and well-organized production center throughout the shift.
- Manage the development of production employees by training and coaching employees.
- Work directly with clients to ensure all expectations and requirements are met.
- Communicate shift progress to Director, Account Managers and Customers.
- Perform quality assurance and feedback on every project managed.
- Assist in other areas as required
Role Attributes
- Experience with a litigation support vendor or law firm environment a PLUS.
- GREAT customer service and communication skills.
- Able to handle high stress situations and deal calmly with multiple tasks.
- Ability to work well individually, as well as part of a team.
- Ability to problem solve and "think on their feet".
Starting salary is between $34,000 - $36,000 based on experience. We offer competitive benefits which include medical, dental and vision. |
