Reinsurance Account Manager: Enstar US, Inc.

 Complete financial reporting for complex insurance programs.

 Reporting current financials on a monthly, quarterly and adhoc basis to internal

 Interpret contracts and record appropriate reinsurance accounting transactions.

 Work closely with internal groups to insure data quality, perform data analysis

 Develop systems and internal controls in compliance with SOX requirements.

 Communicate with external brokers and reinsurers with regard to claims and

 Liaise with other departments such as Claims, IT and Legal.

 Adhere to all internal department protocols and documentation requirements

 Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned including due diligence on new target

acquisitions.

 Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

 Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent experience.

 Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.

 Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and assignments.

 Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

 Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office

 Ability to learn new systems.

 Ability to meet strict deadlines by prioritizing tasks and projects appropriately.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with senior-level staff

 Problem solving skills with the ability to start an analysis at a detail level and

 Knowledge and understanding of reinsurance/insurance preferred, but not

 Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience.
