Brand/Product Managers in NYC & NJ: Paladin Recruiting and Staffing

Paladin is a staffing firm specializing in marketing, creative and communications recruiting. We are excited to be partnering with Consumer Product Goods companies in NY and NJ on their staffing needs. From household names to smaller privately owned brands, we are on the hunt for full-time and interim staff with brand and product marketing experience.

Typical responsibilities of a Brand or Product Manager:
- Partner and lead agencies in the strategy and creative development for advertising, media planning, consumer promotion, and public relations.
- Oversee the strategic execution of brand initiatives to meet annual sales and profit goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams
- Develop annual and years out strategic brand plans
- Lead new product initiatives

Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or Brand Management
- Brand or Product Management experience in the CPG industry including fabric care, food, beauty, personal care, home/household products, pet care, electronics
- Strong communicator – terrific oral presentation and written skills
- Leadership capability with strong business acumen.
- Advertising development and new Product innovation experience
- Experience developing media plans
