-Inbound phone calls & online loan applications
- Receive between 55-75 leads per month
- Online loan leads come from direct consumer marketing & are not purchased or telemarketed
- 2/1 Mortgage Consultant to Processor ratio
- Lending capabilities for A, B, TX Cash Out, FHA, & VA loans
- Top Mortgage Consultants are closing between 15-20 loans per month
- Great management staff to support you in sales, processing, loan products, closing, and post-closing

Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Mortgage Consultant
- Experienced with FHA, VA, non-conforming, & conventional loans
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong ability to build & maintain relationships with builders, realtors, & other business professionals
- Knowledge of various mortgage programs & products
- Proficiency with CALYX/Point is a plus
- Bilingual a plus
