A Sr. Customer Service Representative is a customer service role model who performs teller duties plus handling compliance of audit operations and regulatory issues in accordance with established policies and procedures under limited supervision. Consistently seeks to impress our customers by demonstrating California National Bank's integrity and spirit. Duties may include workflow scheduling, transaction approval, and sales referral coaching. Responds to inquiries/problems and may handle complex service/transactions. Must be able to research, locate and provide information to customers. Identifies customer needs, referring financial products and services to consumer and small business customers.
The ideal candidate will be available to work Tuesday's, Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's. Reliable attendance and punctuality is critical.
Requirements:
Enthusiasm plus one to two years teller experience in a financial institution or cash handling experience with an emphasis on customer service and sales; previous cross-sell, up-sell and/or referral experience; knowledge of bank regulations; ability to be on time every day.
To be eligible for employment with California National Bank you must be able to establish proof of eligibility to work in the United States, successfully pass a background screening, have a high school diploma or GED and must be at least 18 years of age. Successful candidate will be required to obtain a passing score on TellerVision assessment.
