Job Description
Manages service contracts for power plant instrumentation and controls systems in the western United States. These service contracts typically include remote expert center, spare parts, field engineering and training services. Manages reactive and proactive service requests from internal and external customers. Responds to warranty claims from customers.
Manages multiple projects simultaneously. Continuously improves the project organization's productivity to enhance gross margin.
The successful candidate will work with Tom Glionna who is the Service Operations Lead for Instrumentation and Controls, responsible for the United States and Canada.
Required Skills:
Experience in providing services to instrumentation and control systems in the power plant industry. Project Management and/or engineering experience within the power industry.
Education: BS-BA in engineering discipline or related field. Five years of work experience in related field.
