GENERAL SUMMARY: Supports KVI through the customer service functions including but not limited to: being the first point of contact for customer reservations, front desk reception, customer concerns and cash handling. The goal is to provide quality and efficient customer service to every customer – both internal and external. This position will assist the facility/department manager in meeting the CS goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Language Skills - Ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language. Interpret document such as customer receipts, special work instructions, departmental reports, budget reports, etc. Ability to write routine report and correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate will with customers.
Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Skills & Abilities
Working Conditions – Primarily working inside temperature controlled building. Employees must have the ability to work in and around animal hair and dander. Generally well-lighted with high noise levels (i.e. animals barking, machine running, etc.) May be expected to work with or come into contact with water, animal hair, dander, animal excrement, chemicals and live animals on a daily basis. Hours are 7am-6pm.
**MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS**
