The Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) for Health Care, Research and Education is a not-for-profit, community-based multispecialty group practice of medicine. Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills; high school diploma or equivalent; type 35 wpm; flexibility; ability to handle heavy volume of phones; and the ability to work as a team member in a fast paced environment. Previous medical reception experience strongly preferred. Medical terminology certificate or college-level medical terminology course.
