SMT Operators + Technicians + Assemblers + Inspector openings available





Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Focus on SMT assembly process to approach zero down-time

· 2.5D paste inspection

· Ensure good first article build at anytime of the day

· Validate reflow profile effectiveness

· X-ray inspection

· Ensure proper SMT feeder setup

· Delivery commitment

· Post build report

· Preventive maintenance of SMT machines

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

· 2-5 years hands-on experience in supporting SMT operation (FUJI)


Responsibilities:
Visual inspection of final products for accuracy in parts used, parts placement, assemblies, and complete list of assembly.
Verification of assembly paperwork.
Preparation of reject reports by identifying the reject part, engineering change number, serial number, and defect description.
Providing immediate feedback to areas responsible for defects.
Tracking of workload, calculating the number of products inspected and rejected.

Duties and Requirements:
1. Inspect visually SMT PC boards of accuracy verification in component used, placement, assemblies, and complete list of assembly.
2. Perform first article and X-ray & AOI inspection
3. Perform WIP moving

Qualifications:
1. Must have a good understanding of workmanship standards such as IPC 610
2. Must have basic electronic component knowledge
3. Must be flexible on work schedule and have at least 2+ experience in PCB SMT QC
4. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and as a team player
5. Able to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and schematics is a plus
6. Must have SMT background Symbol;col
