Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.
  • Ensure client is provided with quality security services
  • Supervise Security Officers
  • Ensuring compliance according to company policies, and procedures.
  • Scheduling and controlling overtime
  • Quality assurance checks
  • Other management responsibilities as assigned

Minimum qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
