Functional Description:
The successful candidate will prove to be a resource to both finance and operations on reporting, presentation, and management of the financial support process.
The position has a high interaction level with operations leadership and significant guidance interaction with the accounting team for journal entries and balance sheet management.
The day to day responsibilities include: Preparation of the budget, quarterly reforecast, monthly flash, month end financial performance files, ad-hoc reporting with a focus on employee utilization, billing productivity, and billing trends.
The candidate will provide financial support for new investment models and be a resource on concepts including capitalization guidelines and internal financial systems reporting capabilities.
Education and Typical Years of Experience:
Bachelors of Finance/Accounting - Required; 4+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting
