We are searching for a Sales Executive with the following attributes:
Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience and a proven track record in Solution Selling related to Business Process Outsourcing and/or consulting
5+ years background in developing intangible solutions for, and calling on, Fortune 1000 accounts in his/her assigned geography or portfolio
5+ years experience in the commercial and/or digital variable print-on-demand commercial print environment utilizing Xerox IGEN and other high volume color print technologies. Knowledge of web based ordering, fulfillment, warehousing and distribution of customized marketing collateral materials
Strong ability to manage internal solution teams appropriately utilizing non-dedicated analytical, technology, finance, research, and marketing resources to develop robust solutions
Proven history of working with C-Suite or Sr. level executives within his/her portfolio assignment
Proven history of meeting annual sales quota year-over-year with aggressive pipeline management and activity based sales process
An individual style that continually looks for ways to improve commonly accepted solutions and can work well in a fast paced, team environment
Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and grasp the details of sophisticated business challenges
Proven history of successfully building his/her assigned geography or portfolio, which they were able to strategically construct a sales strategy plan to enter net new accounts, navigate to the appropriate level of key business decision makers and close deals ranging in size of $250k to $1.5M in annual revenues
Successful history of selling service based solutions within a geography and/or portfolio assignment involving technology, software and/or workflow document consulting
Has a strong understanding for the commercial print environment with a successful history selling digital variable print on demand, offset print, Direct mail, print production management, along with warehousing and fulfillment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities
