Our client a major insurance company is seeking a talented Executive Assistant for temporary to permanent opportunity. Responsibilities: The Executive Assistant will be supporting a high level executive within Talent Acquisition Management department. The EA will prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports. The EA will handle confidential and time sensitive material. The EA will maintain a busy calendar using Lotus Notes. Skills: Requires an associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 4 plus years of experience in a corporate environment/financial management industry supporting an executive of similar standing; Senior Vice President (SVP) or C-level Executive. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Must be extremely organized and polished. MUST be able to hit the ground running, there will be little ramp up time. Must be able to fully execute tasks with little or no direction. EA will be expected to take ownership of certain daily operations and complete them from start to finish. Dept is looking for someone who can handle high stress periods and still maintain a "grace under pressure" environment. Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Must be able to produce high end, impeccable on-screen/book PowerPoint presentations with little or no guidance.
