Ideal candidate...
* Should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing & outside sales in an Independent Living community.
* Must have the ability to work in a team environment, a willingness to be flexible and a desire to work with the aging population.
* Should have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems is required.
* Experience with public speaking a plus.
* Independent Living experience required.
* Previous staff management experience preferred.
SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR...
