    Adesto Technologies is Looking for Experienced Device Engineer To Lead Complex Development Projects
Description: Adesto Technologies is looking for an experienced device engineer to actively participate and lead complex development projects of advanced memory technologies.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading device engineering and development for advanced memory devices. Manage hardware and software infrastructure bring up. Take leadership on complex technical projects involving cross functional teams and multiple partners. Work with product, device and process integration teams to design and implement complex characterization and test methodologies for CMOS memory development.
Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 12 years direct experience in device engineering and characterization of advanced semiconductor memory devices. Experience in leading complex technology development programs. Direct experience in development for Flash or DRAM technologies is required. Hands on experience on multiple tester platforms including Agilent, Keithley and NexTest (Maverick, Magnum) is required.
Education Requirements:
MS or PhD in electrical engineering or related field. Strong understanding of device physics is a requirement. Strong command of CMOS process development and integration issues is a requirement. It is expected that the candidate will also have a basic understanding of CMOS circuit design.
Other Requirements:
Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Strong communication and organization skills. Ability to manage vendors and partners and organize complex projects is a must.
