Snelling Staffing Services of Alameda is currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives for clients in the East Bay area and San Francisco. These positions can be seasonal, temporary, or temp-to-hire.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 2 to 5 years of high volume call center experience, e-commerce environment a plus
- MS Word, Excel & Data Entry
- Internet Research
- Analytical & problem solving skills
- Previous customer service experience via telephone & email (Outlook)
- Ability to communicate and work well with team members

Responsibilities:
Providing quality service via telephone and email to customers. Duties will include taking orders, resolving complaints, and routing concerns to appropriate departments.
