Description:
CROSSMARK is currently seeking a motivated individual with a history of strong personal growth. The ideal candidate would have training and aptitude for data mining, statistical analysis, and advanced modeling techniques. Experience in the Consumer Goods industry is a plus. The primary function of this role is to develop advanced analytical solutions and formulate actionable recommendations in support of both internal and external clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Independently manages the development of a broad range of analytical solutions, including, but not limited to, market segmentation, promotion planning and evaluation, demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and etc.
- Able to develop, recommend, and explain technical solutions to clients, customers, and other CROSSMARK managers
- Collects, manages, and assesses data from a variety of databases and manufacturer-specific information systems
- Supports business operations through interaction and consultation with analysts and other business partners to develop effective strategies for application of analytical resources..
Requirements:
- Proven ability to develop advanced Analytical solutions
- Experience or familiarity in the Consumer Goods industry a plus
- Ability to collaborate well with diverse group of people internal and external to organization
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- BA/BS in Math/Statistics, Economics, or Engineering required. Advanced degree preferred
