Assitant Controller: Zoran Corporation

Responsibilities:

• Assist in internal reporting and external SEC reporting;
• Assist in resolving world-wide accounting issues/projects;
• Responsibility over US accounting operations;
• Review international financial information and consolidations;
• Participate in Sarbanes Oxley compliance project;
• Other miscellaneous projects and research as required.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, good oral and written communications, excellent customer interactions skills, business savvy; CPA including Big 4 audit experience; BA/BS Accounting; 4-8 years combined experience in public and/or private industry.

Desired:

Strong GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge; ability to research complex accounting issues; good supervisory and communication skills; proficient in excel; experience with auditors; experience with Oracle 11i system; ability to maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor and good sense of humor.
