Description:          The Candidate will be required to be the lead RFIC designer in a variety of technologies (CMOS or BICMOS) and must have demonstrated the ability to design the following: LNA, Power Amplifiers, Mixers, and High Frequency Synthesizers. The individual will be responsible for all activities from concept, to design, implementation, and validation/debugging. This person will recruit and manage a RFIC design team.  

Requirements:      

•         12 years minimum design experience in high performance RF circuits

•         2+ years of management and/or Lead Design Engineer

•         The candidate must have a strong background in procedures and be a hands on manager

•         Candidate should be familiar in Cadence Spectre, and Spectre RF environment.

•         System knowledge and layout experience in virtuoso is a plus.

•         MSEE required, preferably a Ph.D.
