This position is responsible for EX Products testing. The EX platforms are Junipers Enterprise class L2/L3 Ethernet Switches which include EX3200/4200 Stackable switches as well as chassis based EX8200 series.
The responsibilities includes feature testing, scale and solution testing, handling customer escalations as well as owing Alpha and Beta support for the EX Product line.

A successful candidate will direct different test teams (40+ engineers) in charge of qualifying the EX hardware and software which includes new product qualification, sustaining activities, and regression.
Other responsibilities include managing department budget and oversee planning and delivery of projects. JUNOS software is the network operating system which powers Juniper Network's high-performance network devices. The position also includes the responsibility of managing the JUNOS releases.

Required skills:

  • Experience in managing software releases in their past or current career is required.
  • Experience in the networking industry is a plus.
  • Experience in managing large teams (50+ engineers, manager of managers or director) is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication is required.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, cross-functional, collaborating environment across multiple geographies.
  • A proven track record of leadership., Strategic planning and problem solving skills are required.
