Job Description:
Our client is a leading International supplier of quality analog and mixed-signal products for applications that require real world signal processing. As a Program Manager for our Supply Chain Management team, you will pro-actively ensure customer supply health and manage recovery plans to close potential supply demand gaps. Responsibilities include coordinating the supply chain response to strategic customer demands, holding periodic reviews with sales, manufacturing and the business unit leadership. This Program Manager will actively evaluate solution, plan and then execute key business objectives. Successful applicants must be able to quickly identify key supply chain issues across a broad range of areas and effectively communicate recommendations to executive leadership. Job Requirements:
~5-10 years of supply chain or program management experience. MBA is a plus~Must be able to manage multiple projects across geographically disbursed teams~Detail oriented, excellent communication at all levels within the organization, multi-tasking skills and strong analytical skills. Must thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment~Proven results in driving business process changes~Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
