Senior Communications Professional, Integration Programs
Boston Scientific’s Endoscopy Division is seeking a talented marketer to lead an integrated communications program that will reinforce and strengthen our global leader position. This is a new opportunity intended to fortify a successful business by bringing together our technology and service strengths, and articulating a consistent message to our markets.
Working with multiple customer segments, internal partners and outside resources, the successful candidate will define and manage a multi-channel program that will benefit all of the division’s product lines globally. Examples of initiatives include:
- Capability presentations, print publications, video programs, web content, and other customer-facing communications.
- Success stories using patients, clinicians, and healthcare administrators for divisional and corporate use.
- A variety of internal materials incorporating the division’s leadership position and other appropriate messaging.
The successful candidate will be a marketer with a track record in strategic development and execution of integrated customer communications programs, and who excels in cross-functional team leadership. The position is also responsible for measuring and reporting on a wide variety of communications initiatives.
This is an individual contributor position.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of direct experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, or related marketing field. Experience in a healthcare company highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively work with stakeholders across multiple countries and cross-functionally. Prior experience in a global business preferred.
Ability to effectively manage external suppliers and budgets.
Excellent written and verbal communications, and multi-media production management. Professional writing skills a plus. Quality minded.
Some travel required (10%-20%)
