Senior Wireless QA / Test Engineer
Mobile convergence company in Silcon Valley is seeking the best and brightest wireless test and wireless QA engineers to provide support and improve the quality of a carrier class network using WiMax.
Position Responsibilities:
• Perform testing of 3G and 4G Mobile Access networks and client software products and features
• Automation of the test cases in Perl
• Feature, conformance, system level scaling performance testing
• Writing feature test plans
Position Requirements:
• BSEE/CS required, MSEE/CS preferred
• 5+ yrs experience of quality assurance
• 3+ years of Linux and real-time operation systems
• Good understanding of and experience with test script development using Perl and test tools such as IXIA & Agilent
• Experience in wireless protocols: (CDMA, GPRS, UMTS, GSM, 802.11, and 802.16)
• Experience with wireless test tools like Spirent, Landslide, or Torrent
• Experience in a startup and fast paced environment is a plus
