FLOOR SUPERVISOR- PART TIME
OVERVIEW:
The Retail Division of Tommy Hilfiger has an exciting management opportunity for a part time Floor Supervisor position in our new store opening in August 2009 in the Cincinnati Premium Outlets located in Monroe, OH. Previous retail management experience is required for all management positions.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and helps implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals
- Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain customer focus through the Sales Generation Manager program
- Supervise and follow-up daily goals and tasks of Sales Associates, and Cashiers
- Training and development of Sales Associates, and Cashiers
- Responsibility for assisting in management of sales, shrink, controllable expenses including payroll
- Visual presentation, including planning, implementation/execution, adjustments and feedback on strategies
- Compliance with Sales Generation, Direct Replenishment (if applicable) and Recovery Programs
- Analyze and monitor sales performance and inventory management by department
- Builds positive morale in store
