AGENT OPPORTUNITIES:
Due to the increasing demand for insurance and financial service products, we are currently looking to add a few talented and motivated individuals to open agencies in the Houston and surrounding areas. As such, we offer one of the most unique and comprehensive training programs in the industry.
THE FIRST 12 MONTHS:
We call the initial phase of our program "The Reserve Agent Program." The Reserve Agent Program allows you to keep your current job, while you learn for up to 12 months. This unique method of training allows you to determine if this career is right for you.
THE NEXT 24 MONTHS:
If you successfully complete the Reserve Agent Program, you may qualify to enter the career agent program. During the next 24 months, you may receive a financial subsidy while developing your agency and continuing your sales and business skills training.
THE REST OF YOUR CAREER:
We realize that starting your own business can be difficult. Because of this, we have a highly trained staff which is committed to your success. We are very proud of our program for new agents and know it is very effective, based on our high retention ratio's of the best in the industry.
