Job Description

Customer Service coordinator is responsible for:

Customer coordiantion, order entry (production and after sales service), SAP data entry, coordinating customer needs with the internal organization, communication interface with the customer, follow ups/tracking order and customer PO, assisting sales department, delivering order packets to production, generating order and PO reports, and helping develop the process flow related to customers.

Must have mininmum two years of experience in a manufacturing or related environement, with minimum one year SAP experience in order entry, and working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Must be comfortable on phone and be able to engage customers.
