ECCA is actively recruiting for a motivated, detail oriented, hard working individual for the role of Human Resources Associate, this position is a hourly, entry-level position responsible for administrative and filing tasks, to include but not limited to: · Processing new hire and separation paperwork per company, state and federal guidelines. · Update personal changes for associates. · Filing. · Answer routine questions. · Offer support to the benefits department. · Provide feedback to management through reports and verbal communication. The successful individual will possess a can-do and positive attitude with at least 1-2 years related work experience.
