As a UPS security Professional you will:

Work at a prestigious location with a clean safe environment. Patrol assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle to ensure personal, building, and equipment security; Provide public assistance, including lockout services and information; Be a visible deterrent to crime; Respond to any emergency; Watch for and report irregularities, such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes, and security doors left unlocked; sound alarm in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons; Report any suspicious activities; Prepare routine, standardized reports; Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have High school diploma or GED.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Prior High Rise Security Experience Preferred!

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Ability to communicate effectively both Oraly and in writing.
• Must Have Excellent Communication Skills
• Driving Jobs Require Clean DMV!
• Must have at least one verifiable employer
• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel.
• Must present a neat and professional appearance at all times.
• Skill in utilizing building security and lock systems and procedures.
• Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures efficiently and effectively.
• Skill in providing protection services to individuals and property.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Successful candidate must submit to post offer, pre-employment drug screening.
• A valid California driver's license will be required if a motor vehicle must be operated on the job.
• Must pass pre-employment Guard Licensing process by State of California .
