Director of Systems Engineering:

This position applies broad technical knowledge in Systems Engineering and defines complex system architecture and requirements, essentially leading the entire system development effort .

Specifically performs planning, analysis, design, integration and test of new ground and airborne Electronic Attack systems. This requires an understanding of customer missions and concepts of operation, and the ability to provide direction to our business capture teams, paralleling the overall business strategy of the Company.

Technical Director ensures best value solutions that meet customer and war fighter needs within allocated budget and schedule constraints, by utilizing company practices and procedures.

• Must have:
• BS in technical field plus 15 years Systems Engineering experience, or Masters and 13 years.
• Relevant experience in Electronic Warfare/Radar/SIGINT technologies
• Background in RF/analog/digital design and verification.

Director of SIGINT Systems:

- Establishment of the strategic vision and plan for the SIGINT business including SIGINT Systems, JPO, Special Programs and SkyHawk
- Development of product and technology roadmaps
- Focal point for Business Development efforts including development of new customers and coordination of all new business development efforts. Will have to work closely with capture managers, technical team, business development and outside consultants to formulate capture plans and execute against those plans
- Program Execution on all SIGINT System programs
- Corporate planning, investment planning including IR&D, B&P, CAPEX
- Responsible for financial, technical & schedule performance on all SIGINT System programs including monthly forecasting

In addition, all program managers working on SIGINT System programs will report to the Program Director. This position requires both strategic and tactical execution. In addition to these activities, the individual will be responsible for specific capture and/or program management activities as needs arise.

Requirements:
- US Citizenship is required - Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
- Minimum of 12 years experience in Program Management
- Evidence of past success in leadership positions

Other positions also available:

• Program Management - systems - requiring at least a BS degree and 12+ years experience, US citizenship and ability to obtain a clearance. Responsible for delivery of products, customer interface
• Program Management - IA - BS degree and active secret clearance required. Experience leading the design and implementation of embedded systems
• Program Management - Communications Systems - management, contract negotiation, customer interface experience, BS degree, US citizenship and the ability to obtain a clearance required.
