Job Description
At Siemens IT Solutions & Services, Inc. (http://www.it-solutions.usa.siemens.com), PC Technicians demonstrate an ability to interface and consult with all levels of Management and interface with Customer contacts, as a Strategic Business Partner. Each has a proven history of generating outstanding business results.
In this role, you will:
Be performing high priority equipment swaps and repairs.
Job may entail odd shifts including weekend, late evenings, early mornings, must be available for after-hours on-call support.
Previous experience with computer and peripheral support or similar (copiers, printers, POS, etc.) is required.
Monitor and update help desk incident tracking tickets for purposes of demonstrating compliance with issue response and resolution Service Level Agreements, logging daily activities and documenting solutions.
Previous experience in a customer service related field is desired.
A+ Certification is required.
Location: Chicago O'Hare Airport.
Must be able to pass a TSA background security check.
Valid Illinois driver's license is required.
